By accessing or using the services provided by PreciseEdge Port Arthur Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our tree care services in Port Arthur, TX and surrounding areas.
Services Provided
PreciseEdge Port Arthur Tree Services offers professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health assessment, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and our professional assessment of safety and feasibility. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the requested work cannot be completed safely or legally.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Final pricing may vary if conditions change or if additional work is discovered once the job begins. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Once you schedule a service appointment, we will make every effort to arrive during the agreed-upon time window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency situations may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to inform us of any underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, or other hidden obstacles that could affect our work.
For your safety and the safety of our crew, we ask that you and your family members, including pets, remain at a safe distance from the work area while our team is on site.
We will make every effort to protect your property during our work, including lawns, landscaping, driveways, and structures. However, some minimal impact may be unavoidable when heavy equipment is used or when removing large trees.
Permits and Compliance
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by the City of Port Arthur or other local authorities before work begins. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.
All work performed by PreciseEdge Port Arthur Tree Services complies with local, state, and federal regulations regarding tree care and removal.
Insurance and Liability
PreciseEdge Port Arthur Tree Services carries full liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
Wood and Debris Removal
Unless otherwise specified in your estimate, we will remove all tree debris, branches, and wood from your property. If you wish to keep firewood or wood chips, please inform us before work begins.
Stump grinding and removal are separate services and are not included in standard tree removal unless specifically stated in your estimate.
Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Please note that trees are living organisms and their health can be affected by many factors beyond our control, including weather, disease, pests, and soil conditions. We cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees after pruning or other treatments.
Emergency Services
We offer emergency tree services for dangerous situations such as storm-damaged trees, trees on structures, or trees blocking roadways. Emergency services are subject to availability and may carry additional fees due to the urgent nature and timing of the work.
Emergency service calls will be prioritized based on safety risk and the order in which they are received.
